Troy Descends on New Orleans for 2023 Sun Belt Football Media Day

TROY, Ala. -- Troy head coach Jon Sumrall will embark on his second Sun Belt Football Media Day on Tuesday at the Sheraton New Orleans as the defending Sun Belt Champions and the rest of the Sun Belt West Division have a jam-packed day in the Big Easy to open the league's annual preseason celebration.
Joining Sumrall to represent Troy at Sun Belt Media Day will be senior tight end Clayton Ollendieck and senior cornerback Reddy Steward, who will spend Monday afternoon touring the World War II Museum in New Orleans ahead of Tuesday's busy schedule.
The Trojans will be the first team to hit the main stage on Tuesday following Sun Belt Commissioner Keith Gill; Troy is scheduled for a 10:30 a.m. appearance, which will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Sumrall, Ollendieck and Steward have 10 radio interviews throughout the day, a visit to the Sun Belt Studio (tape-delayed on ESPN+), in addition to multiple podcast interviews, TV hits and newspaper sit downs.
