Four Soccer Players Named Academic All-District

TROY, Ala. — Four Trojans on the Troy women's soccer team — Alisa Detlefsen, Hallie Field, Evie Anderson and Jayme Haynes — earned Academic All-District honors, the College Sports Communicators announced on Tuesday.
In her sixth year at Troy, Detlefsen played in all 18 games this season and started 16. Detlefsen, who is completing her master's in strategic communications, set a career-high in shots this season with 16. She also played 1,195 minutes.
Field, a transfer to Troy and studying accountancy, led the Trojans in minutes played this season with 1,571. She was a cornerstone on the defense, starting all 18 games. She also scored the game-winning goal for Troy against Queens of Charlotte.
Anderson, studying exercise science-wellness and fitness, scored her first collegiate goal this season. She played in 17 games — starting six — and logged 799 minutes. She missed the entirety of the 2022 season but played a crucial role for the Trojans in 2023.
A transfer to Troy prior to this season, Haynes, who is working on a post-baccalaureate, was a crucial piece to the Trojans' defense. She started 13 games and appeared in 16 while logging 1,203 minutes.
