ATLANTA – Troy picked up a pair of singles wins on the opening day of the Georgia State Invitational in the fall opener for the Trojans.

Pelayo Antuna rolled to a straight sets victory over Georgia State's Harrison Kim, 6-0, 7-5, while Manuel Bernard rallied for a three-set win over Jacksonville State's Haktan Garayev, 4-6, 6-1, 6-4.

Play continues Saturday, beginning at 8 a.m. (CT) with the second round draws.
