Preview: Troy Soccer Set to Open Conference Play

TROY, Ala. – The Troy Soccer program is set to kick start conference play Friday and Sunday on the road against Little Rock and ULM. Friday's kick off from the Coleman Sports Complex is set for 7 p.m., while Sunday's matchup in Monroe will begin at 1 p.m.

Erin Bloomfield continues to lead the Trojans offensively four weeks into the season with five goals. The freshman has scored all but three of Troy's goals this season.
The Trojans have put up a hard-fought battle in every match this season. All but one match has been decided by two goals or less. The Trojans downed Alabama A&M, 3-0.
Kate Eubanks saw a 46-game started streak snapped against FAU but has appeared in the starting lineup every match since.
After not advancing player's academic classifications to reflect the amount of eligibility they have left, Troy has one of the youngest squads in the conference with 18 freshmen on their roster.
The more shots we produce, the better. The Trojans have only lost one match this season when they have produced 11 or more shots.
