Admission to the championships is free, however, due to COVID-19, no more than 200 fans will be allowed at any given time. Spectators must wear a face mask at the championship event except when eating or drinking.
Spectator parking will be in the Gamma Parking lot, located directly North of Jaguar Track. Once in the parking lot, you are permitted to park in any available spot.
All three days of the championships will be broadcast live on ESPN+, starting with running events. Field events will be recapped during the live broadcast each evening.
Troy will begin competition at noon Thursday in the women's hammer throw. Running events on day one will begin at 7:10 p.m. with the women's 1500m run. A full meet schedule can be viewed on the championship central page.
The meet will conclude Saturday with the women's and men's 4x400 relay at 6:55 p.m. and 7 p.m., respectively. The awards presentation will take place Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
The Trojans have had a strong 2021 campaign that saw several school records fall. Gemma Finch broke her school record in the 800m multiple times and, along with Edita Sklenska, is in contention for an NCAA East Regional spot in the event.
A staple for the Trojans in the sprints the last few years, Matthew Likely is firmly in regional contention in the 200m with a season-best time of 20.79, the 35th-best time in the country.
Maja Kuessner (1.74m) and Titus Sizemore (2.11m) each have their eye on a regional spot in the women's and men's high jump and enter the championship with the No. 45 and No. 29 mark in the nation, respectively.
Michael Alvernaz owns a top-20 mark in the country in the men's hammer throw with a toss of 66.13m at the USF Invite back on April 2.
