Women's Tennis Earns No. 5 in the Sun Belt Tournament

TROY, Ala. – The Troy women's tennis team earned the East Division's No. 5 seed in the upcoming Sun Belt Tournament, announced by the League office on Monday. The 11-team tournament is set to begin on Thursday, April 15 at the Peachtree City Tennis Center in Peachtree City, Ga.
The Trojans, who earned the No. 5 seed in the East Division following its 3-6 Sun Belt Conference record, will face off against Arkansas State who earned the No. 4 seed in the West Division. The match between Troy and Arkansas State is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. (CT). The winner of the match will advance to Friday's quarterfinal match against the top seed in the East Division, South Alabama.
