TROY, Ala. – The Troy's men's tennis team will be on the road once again Sunday when the travel to Alcorn, Miss. to take on the Braves of Alcorn State. First server against the Braves is scheduled for noon.

The Trojans enter Sunday's matchup with a 2-3 overall record after falling to Stetson last Sunday. Troy's two wins this season have come against Tennessee State and AUM. The Trojans have found a lot of success between positions one and three, posting a combined 12-3 record at those three positions. In all dual matches this season Troy is 18-12. At No. 3 singles Troy is 5-0, with Carles Anton being responsible for four of those wins.

After a slow start to the season Pelayo Antuna has found a groove, winning three straight singles matches and five straight doubles matches. Oskar Michalek has won two straight and posted a 3-1 record at No. 2 singles

• Alcorn State is 1-9 this season and 0-2 at home
• They have lost three straight without winning a point and in two of their last five have only earned one point
• In 10 matches they have won a total of three points
• There lone win came against Florida A&M when they won 4-0
