Troy Hits the Road for a Pair of Matches
TROY, Ala. -The Troy women's tennis team will hit the road for the second time this season as they will be traveling to the state of Florida to take on the Stetson Hatters on Saturday and then will head to Daytona Beach to take on Bethune-Cookman on Sunday.
Match Info
• Troy will take on Stetson at 9 a.m. on Saturday from the Mandy Stoll Tennis Center in Deland, Florida
• Troy will take on Bethune-Cookman at 9 a.m. on Sunday from Daytona Beach, Florida
A Look at the Trojans
• Last time out, the Trojans faced off against Alabama State and came away with a 7-0 victory
• Troy saw strong performances in singles play from Matea Mihaljevic, Shevita Aulana, and Tijana Svitlica as they won in straight sets.
• In doubles play, Chunxi Guo and Anastasiia Khrustaleva were able to win 6-4 to kick-off doubles play against Alabama State
• Troy claimed the doubles point in the third doubles match, which saw Matea Mihaljevic and Shevita Aulana win 7-5 in a highly contested match
A Look at the Hatters
• Stetson comes in to Saturday's match with a 1-3 record and they have faced the likes of Texas A&M and South Florida so far this season
• Last time out, Stetson suffered a close loss to the Wofford Terriers 4-3
• The Hatters will look to the likes of Brooke Milner, Noa Cohen, and Laia Pasini, if they want to take one from the Trojans on Saturday

• Bethune-Cookman went 7-11 (2-5) in the 2019 spring season
