Women's Basketball Ranked 19th in Mid-Major Poll

TROY, Ala. – Troy women's basketball fell two spots to No. 19 in this week's College Insider Mid-Major Top 25 Poll, announced by the organization Tuesday evening.
This marks the fourth straight week Troy has been ranked in the mid-major top 25, and just its third February ranking since 2016. Troy's four straight weeks being ranked in the mid-major poll is its longest streak since 2016. Troy had its 7-game winning streak snapped at Coastal Carolina before rebounding on Saturday with an impressive 20-point win at Appalachian State.

For the second-consecutive week Troy has received votes in the USA Today Top 25 Coaches Poll.
Troy is back at home for the final time this season when they host Little Rock on Thursday and Arkansas State on Saturday. The top ranked team in the Sun Belt will not only be honoring its seniors and past letter winners on Saturday, but will also be fighting for the programs first regular season championship since 1997 as well as seeding for the Sun Belt Tournament.
