Troy Hosts Two Matches this Weekend at Lunsford Tennis Complex
TROY, Ala. - The Troy women's tennis team will return home this weekend for two matches, as they will take on North Alabama on Friday and USC Upstate on Sunday morning.

• Troy will take on North Alabama at 2 p.m. on Friday from the Lunsford Tennis Complex
• Troy will take on USC Upstate at 9 a.m. on Sunday from the Lunsford Tennis Complex
A Look at the Trojans
• Last time out, the Trojans faced off against Bethune-Cookman and came away with a 7-0 victory
• Troy has one current winning streak in singles as Matea Mihaljevic has a streak of three straight wins with wins over Alabama State, Stetson, and Bethune-Cookman
• In doubles play, Anastasiia Khokhlova and Anastasiia Khrustaleva were able to win 6-1 to clinch the doubles point against Bethune-Cookman
• Troy is 2-0 this season when they are able to clinch the doubles point
A Look at the Lions
• North Alabama comes in to Friday's match with a 1-5 record and they have faced the likes of Tennessee, Louisville, and Ole Miss so far this season
• North Alabama's lone win on the season came against Tennessee State, where the Lion's came away with a 5-2 victory
• The Lions will look to the likes of Nina Linke, Elise Sickle, and Payton Andrews if they want to take one from the Trojans on Friday
A Look at the Wildcats
• USC Upstate comes in to this weekend with a 0-5 record, but the Spartans will take on North Alabama on Saturday before taking on the Trojans on Sunday.
• The Spartans last faced off against the Trojans in 2017, where the Trojans came away with a 5-2 victory
• After their trip to Troy, the Spartans will return home to take on North Greenville University and Charlotte next weekend
