COLLEGE GROVE, Tenn. – The Troy men's golf team is tied for 11^th place following Monday's opening round of The Intercollegiate at The Grove.

Will McFadden led the Trojans with a round of even par thanks to five birdies, while Brent Hamm is tied for 25^th place at 1-over after a strong back nine that featured four of his five birdies on the day.

Middle Tennessee and Coastal Carolina are tied for the lead at 4-under par, while the Trojans are 11-over after Monday's 18 holes.

Reagan Harrell shot 4-over 76 and is tied for 54^th place, Nicklas Borrmann is tied for 68^th at 6-over par, Ryan Morrison shot 9-over and is tied for 77^th place while George Burch shot 10-over and is tied for 80^th place.

Troy is scheduled for a 10:10 a.m. tee time for Tuesday's final round and the Trojans will begin on the back nine.
