 Troy Returns Home to Take on Alabama State
TROY,Ala. - The Troy women's tennis team will kick off their home schedule as they host Alabama State at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The last time the Trojans traveled to Montgomery and walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Hornets.
 A Look at the Trojans
• Last time out, the Trojans faced off against Mississippi State and suffered a 7-0 loss to the Bulldogs.
• Troy did see a strong performance from Shevita Aulana and Matea Mihaljevic in doubles play, as they trailed 5-4 before play was suspended due to Mississippi State clinching the doubles point on the afternoon.
• In singles play, Anastasiia Khokhlova forced Mississippi State's number two player to a three-set thriller and Khokhlova will look to carry that momentum into her matches against Alabama A&M.
• Doubles play saw Chunxi Guo and Anastasiia Khokhlova , Shevita Aulana and Matea Mihaljevic, and Tijana Svitlica and Anastasiia Khrustaleva all pairing up.

A Look at the Hornets
• This will be the first match for the Hornets this spring and will follow the matchup against the Trojans by going back home to face West Alabama.
• Alabama State is a young team with five freshman, two sophomores, and only one senior in Marija  Blazevic.
