LAST TIME OUT- (Troy- 6-10, 2-3 Sun Belt)
Troy saw its two-game winning streak snapped Saturday afternoon at Arkansas State, as the Trojans dropped a tough 76-68 overtime decision to the Red Wolves. After defeating Texas State (71-63) and first place Little Rock (76-71) on Monday and Thursday respectively, the Trojans held a 10-point lead with five minutes remaining on Saturday, but a late Arkansas State run gave the home side a two-point advantage with 39 seconds left. After junior Darian Adams tied the game at 61 with a tough 10-foot floater with 22 seconds left, neither Arkansas State nor Troy was able to convert on their final possession, as the game went into overtime for the second consecutive season. In the extra session the Red Wolves scored the first 10 points, to take a 71-61 lead with 54 seconds left. A late Troy run cut the deficit to just six, but Arkansas State used a pair of clutch free throws to hold on for the 76-68 victory. In defeat, Adams scored 20 points, while Tahj Small added a career-best 11 points on near perfect shooting (4-of-5). The Trojans turned the ball over a season-high 23 times and recorded just 10 assists.
LAST TIME OUT- (Georgia Southern, 11-7, 5-2 SBC)

After beginning SBC play with five straight games decided by six points or fewer, the Eagles recorded two resounding victories last weekend, defeating ULM (67-56) and Louisiana (71-51) by a combined 31 points.
