Troy Baseball Announces Alumni Weekend Information, 2019 Hall of Fame Class

Troy, Ala. – This year's Troy Baseball Alumni Weekend is set for Sept. 13-14 in conjunction with the Troy vs. Southern Miss football game.
The weekend will kick off with dinner for alumni and families, the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and the alumni game Friday, September 13. The Hall of Fame celebration will begin at 7 p.m. followed by the alumni game at 8 p.m. at Riddle-Pace Field.
The Troy baseball Hall of Fame Class of 2019 is comprised of four special individuals. Keith Black (IF, 1988-91), Bryan Kelly (OF, 1995-97), Henry Gutierrez (C, 2004-05) and Mark Dunning (supporter) make up the class.
Troy football squares off with Southern Miss Saturday, Sept. 14, at 5 p.m. Alumni and their families are invited to join Troy baseball for a tailgate and other family events preceding the game.
The alumni game typically features past All-Americans, Hall of Famers and current professional players. Post-game awards include the oldest player in the game, the best fastball on the radar gun, who traveled the greatest distance and the Most Valuable Player.
Each former player is asked to register by September 9 and bring their family with them to enjoy all the weekend festivities planned on campus. The fee for the alumni weekend is $20 for a single person, $30 for a couple and $40 for a family. Fees cover alumni dues along with food and gifts from the baseball program. Fees can be paid through a link that will be sent by email after registration. Add $10 if registering the same day on site.
