#PROjans Report: Lockridge Comes Up Clutch, Sanders Continues Hot Start

Matt Sanders – Modesto Nuts (Class A+)
The second baseman continues to swing a hot stick at High-A Modesto (Mariners) batting .316 on the season. Sanders has hits in eight of his last 10 games, including a 5-for-11 stretch over his last three contests.
Brandon Lockridge – Charleston Riverdogs (Class A)
The New York Yankees' fifth round pick has got off to a slow start in his first full professional season, but has picked up the pace of late earning hits in six of his last 10 games. On April 20, Lockridge ripped a two-run double in the eighth to lift the Riverdogs to a 3-1 win over Augusta.
C.J. Carter – Clinton Lumberkings (Class A)
Carter has made seven appearances in relief for the Miami Marlins Class A squad striking out 13 in 11.2 innings. The right-hander has tossed 5.2 straight scoreless innings over his last two outings and has fanned eight in the process.
Logan Hill – Altoona Curve (Class AA)
Hill went 2-for-5 and picked up his 13thRBI of the year for the Curve (Pirates) on Thursday. Of his 21 hits on the season, 10 have been for extra bases. Now in his fifth professional season, Hill has slugged 57 home runs and driven in 238 runs.
