QUOTING COACH CUNNINGHAM
"I was proud of how hard we played and how hard we competed for most of the game. We had one stretch in the first half where the game got away from us but the guys who were in the game and the end did a superb job of getting us back in the game."
Â
"I thought the game swung their way in the first five minutes of the second half; they went on a run, made some big threes and we had a couple of turnovers. I thought we kept playing hard and had some good moments down the stretch. I thought Devante Foster and KJ Simon sparked us especially with KJ playing majority of the second half. We just didn't play well enough to beat a team like that, we had to be really good at the three-point line in that matchup zone and we weren't."
Â
