Troy Partners with Vet Tix to Provide Basketball Tickets to Military

TROY, Ala. – Troy Athletics and Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix) have partnered to provide complimentary tickets to more than 21 million military members, veterans and Gold Star families, Director of Athletics Brent Jones announced Tuesday.

"Troy University has a long and proud tradition of working with members of the military and their families, and our partnership with Vet Tix is another small way that we can help," Jones said. "Vet Tix is an amazing organization that makes sure deserving military families have access to quality entertainment, and we look forward to hosting those families at Trojan Arena for some exciting Troy Basketball."

All active military members, veterans, and Gold Star families can request tickets to Troy's remaining men's and women's basketball games by visiting VetTix.org. Vet Tix has provided nearly 3 million tickets to military members, veterans and Gold Star families in 2019 alone.

Fans wishing to help provide additional tickets to support Vet Tix and other special groups to attend Troy Basketball games, can purchase a Community Hero Ticket by visiting TroyTrojans.com/tickets.
