Kayla Robinson Has Sights Set on Top Sun Belt Honor

TROY, Ala. - Last season, Kayla Robinson did something no other player in the history of the league had ever done ... she was named Sun Belt Player of the Week three consecutive weeks. It was that stretch of the season that catapulted her to All-Sun Belt Second Team honors, but the rising junior isn't done yet. Robinson wants the league top honor, Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year.
"For me, that's not really what I'm pushing for," Robinson said of the player of the week accolades. "I'm pushing for player of the year and before I graduate, I'm going to get my accomplishment done."
