Troy Announces Spring Parent/Family Day

TROY, Alabama – Troy Athletics, in conjunction with Troy University Student Services, will host Spring Parent and Family Day on Saturday, April 14, culminating with Troy baseball hosting nationally-ranked Coastal Carolina at Riddle-Pace Field.
Registration for the day begins at 9:30 a.m. in Trojan Arena and the cost for the event is just $10 per person. The registration fee covers the cost of a t-shirt, tailgate lunch and ticket to the baseball game.
The day kicks off with a welcome to campus and an overview of the day at 10:30 a.m. in Trojan Arena. After the welcome, attendees will receive a campus tour from the Trojan Ambassadors. The tour wraps at Tailgate Terrace in the south plaza of Veterans Memorial Stadium and behind the left field fence of Riddle-Pace Field. Participants will be treated to a tailgate lunch, pictures with T-Roy and live entertainment before first pitch between Troy and Coastal Carolina at 3 p.m.
At the game, attendees will be recognized over the public address system and will have chances to win a variety of prizes through in-game promotions.
A discounted ticket package for Friday and Sunday's baseball games are also available, while Hampton Inn and Courtyard Marriott conveniently located one mile from campus are offering a special $99 rate for those participating in the event.
