Men’s Tennis Wraps Up Fall Schedule

Troy, Ala. – Troy men's tennis is set to travel to Chattanooga, Tenn., to play in the Steve Baras Invitational hosted by Chattanooga. The tournament will celebrate its 35thanniversary after a one-year break last year.
From Oct. 26 to Oct. 28 three teams will compete against the Trojans in Austin Peay, Presbyterian, and UNC Asheville. Competition begins at 9:00 a.m. each day.
Head coach Rolando Vargas will send a seven-man lineup led by junior duo Christopher Tasker and Shaaz Peerani. Sophomore trio Antonio Selma, Andy Romero and Ignacio Rodriguez will join the upperclassmen. Freshmen Trey Whittaker and Luis Foix will round out the Trojans at the Invitational.
