Troy Soccer Travels to Little Rock, ULM

TROY, Alabama – The Troy soccer team hits the road for its final weekend Sun Belt Conference swing of the season visiting Little Rock on Friday and ULM on Sunday. The Trojans wrap up the regular season slate at South Alabama next Thursday.

Troy (3-12-1, 2-5-0) is coming off a pair of disappointing losses at home to Arkansas State and Texas State. The Trojans got their lone goal of the weekend from redshirt freshman Karina Valeriano. Natalie Melillo leads the team with three goals and five assists for a team-high 11 points.

Sun Belt Conference Tournament seeding is on the line as Troy sits in a tie for ninth – the top eight team advance to the tournament – and likely needs to win two of its last three games to reach the postseason.
