Troy Athletics Accepting Applications for T-Squad Marketing & Communications Teams

TROY, Alabama – Troy Athletics is seeking highly motivated students with an interest in working within collegiate athletics to join the T-Squad to assist with athletics marketing or to join the athletics communications team.
Â
Individuals selected to be members of the T-Squad will assist the Troy sports marketing department with running promotions for all home games, helping with grassroots marketing initiatives throughout the community, promoting our teams and events throughout campus and working with a variety of other projects as assigned. Students selected to assist with athletics communications will gain experience in such roles as public address announcer, digital content creation and photography.

Students interested in joining the T-Squad must fill out the attached application and email it, along with a current resume, to kylegeorge@troy.edu. Application packets may also be submitted in person to Kyle George in the Tine Davis Fieldhouse. Students with an interest in graphic design are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualified individuals will go through an interview process to become a member of the T-Squad and those selected will be expected to help with several events throughout the upcoming academic year, including all home football games. Additionally, T-Squad members will have the opportunity to help with group outings for home events and T-Roy's Team, the Troy Athletics Kids Club.
