Troy To Face South Alabama In Fierce Final Away Match

MOBILE, Alabama – The final regular season away match will be a conference test for Troy as the Trojans travel to Mobile, Ala. to take on in-state rival South Alabama on Wednesday at 1 p.m.

South Alabama (17-5) will provide a stiff challenge as the Jaguars have racked up an 8-2 home record. However, of South Alabama's five losses on the season, three have come in the past four matches.

That is in contrast to the Trojans (10-9) recent two-match winning streak over Georgia Southern and ABAC to climb back above .500 on the season. Troy outscored those two teams a combined 9-2 over the weekend.

Following tomorrow's match, the Trojans will have just two regular season matches left in preparation for the Sun Belt Championships from April 19-23. Troy will take on Columbus State and Alabama A&M on April 8 at home for senior day.
