Men’s Hoops and Three Individuals Recognized for Academic Excellence

TROY, Alabama – The National Association of Basketball Coaches announced the 2015-16 Honors Court with Troy men's basketball players Jaro Moravek, Daniel Peace and Jordan Howard being recognized for their academic achievements.
Qualifications to make the list are being a junior or senior varsity player, a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher and at least one year at a player's current institution.
In addition to the trio being honored, Troy was named to the 2015-16 NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards for having a team cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better for the 2015-16 season.
Moravek, a junior, and Peace, a senior, are majoring in global business - management and communications arts – speech, respectively. Howard, who graduated last week, is earned his degree in sport and fitness management.
