Three Runners Finish Off Season For Troy At Regionals

TALLAHASEE, Florida β The 2016 cross country season concluded for Troy on Friday with three runners on the men's side competing in the NCAA South Regional.
Racing for the Trojans in the 10k event were Bradley Dixon, Brennan Garriques and Daniel Glick. Dixon was the top finisher for Troy at the Sun Belt Championships and he led the way again after coming in 100th place at a time of 33:03.6.

Brennan Garriques followed behind him for a time of 33:41.3 to place 126th in the meet. The final runner was Daniel Glick, who came in 150th place at 35.11.5.

"We have to trust the process and do a better job of being nasty competitors at the bigger meets," head coachΒ Elliott BlountΒ said. "We are a young team, but we do not want to make it a habit of falling short in big meets. I will do a better job of preparing them for these situations."
