Ronita Garrett tied her own Troy Division I era (1993-present) record with 19 rebounds against UL Lafayette and now has 16 double-doubles on the season, the most in the Sun Belt and eighth in the NCAA. She ranks first in the league in rebounding (10.9 rpg) and fourth in scoring (15.3 ppg).

          Â
Troy won this season's earlier game over Georgia Southern, 84-74, in Trojan Arena on January 17. Troy leads the all-time series, 5-2, and has posted five straight wins over Georgia Southern, including in 2006-07 in the only meeting between the two at Hanner Fieldhouse.
Â
Following Thursday's game, Troy will host current Sun Belt leader UALR at Trojan Arena on Saturday at 2 p.m. For the second straight home game, the Trojans will host a Play 4Kay game to help raise awareness of breast cancer.
