Troy Wraps up Arkansas Swing at UALR Saturday

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – There's no time for rest for the Troy University men's basketball team, as the Trojans (6-9, 1-2 SBC) will take on UALR (8-7, 3-0 SBC) on Saturday night at 7 p.m. at the Jack Stephens Center.

Troy is fresh off a convincing 98-84 win at Arkansas State on Thursday night. Tevin Calhoun had a breakout performance, scoring 35 points on 11-of-15 shooting, including 7-of-9 from deep. Hunter Williams continues to impress, hitting six 3's for the third time in the last seven games, finishing with 24 points.
The Trojans are led by Antoine Myers at 12.9 points per game. Williams is a close second with 11.6 points per game. Kevin Thomas is also averaging double-figures, at 10.5 points per game and is leading the team in rebounding at 7.9 rebounds per contest.
UALR is riding a four game winning streak after taking down South Alabama on Thursday night, 65-60. The Trojans are led by Will Neighbour's 17.2 points per game.Â
Troy is 5-6 all-time against UALR, after splitting the two meetings last season.Â
