NCAA East Regional Begins

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Trojans began competition at the 2013 NCAA East Regional on Thursday, with three athletes taking part in the qualifying rounds.

Neko Freeman and Benjamin Martin both competed in the 100-meter dash, with Freeman finishing at 10.55 seconds and Martin finishing at 10.60 seconds. Neither advanced to the finals.

Jordan Landburg finished the 400-meter run in 47.89 seconds, but also did not qualify for the next round.

Several more Trojans begin competition on Friday and Saturday at the 2013 NCAA East Regional.
