Junior right-hander William Teal (0-1, 10.80) will start on the mound for the Trojans (13-18) Tuesday night. It will be his first appearance since a start against Monmouth back on March 11 and his second outing of the season.
The Gamecocks (12-18) come into the game after taking two-of-three Ohio Valley Conference games from Tennessee Tech over the weekend. Bradley Raulston (0-2, 5.26) will get the start for the Gamecocks on the mound. The sophomore right-hander also started the first meeting and Troy chased him after three innings with two runs on four hits.
Following the mid-week contest with the Gamecocks, Troy returns to Sun Belt Conference play this weekend with a three-game series against Middle Tennessee at Riddle-Pace Field.
