Fastest Kid in Troy

TROY, Ala. - The Troy University track and field program will host the Coach O Invitational on Saturday, April 24 at the Jesse H. Colley Track and Field/Soccer Complex; and with that event comes the "Fastest Kid in Troy" contest.
Come join the fun and enter your child in an entertaining event and also come and support your fellow Trojans in the 12th annual Coach "O" Invitational. The fastest kid in Troy is an event that has been held for the past four years. There will be different age groups ranging from 2-13 years old. There will also be a girls and a boys division.
The following is a breakdown of the ages and the distances in which the kids will participate: ages 2-7yrs (40 Meter), ages 8-10 yrs (60 Meter) and ages 11-13 yrs (60 Meter).
Practice will be held Friday April 23, 2010 @ 5:00 pm. Registration will be held on Friday April 23 at practice or at the start of the event on Saturday April 24, 2010 at 1:50 pm at the Jesse H. Colley Track & Field/Soccer Complex on the Troy University Campus.

Remember, awards will be given to all of the kids that participate in this event. Check-In Time will be at 1:50 pm, with the race to follow at 2:20 pm.
