Troy Men Face FAU

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Troy Trojans men's basketball travels to south Florida to face Florida Atlantic University on Thursday night in Sun Belt action.
Troy (8-6, 3-0) is looking to extend its best start in its five-year Sun Belt history. The Trojans are one of just two teams in the league with three wins and one of four unbeaten squads.
A long-standing history exists between Troy and FAU (5-9, 1-2) with games dating back to 1993. The teams were members of the Atlantic Sun Conference up until 2005 when Troy left for the Sun Belt. The Owls joined the Sun Belt one season later for the 2006-07 campaign.
The two teams have met 23 times, with the Trojans winning 18 of the match-ups.
Tip-off is set for 6 pm central time at FAU Arena. Barry McKnight will bring you all the action from courtside on the Troy ISP Network beginning at 5:30 pm.
