Trojans Host UALR Friday

TROY, Ala. - The Troy University women's tennis team will take on the University of Arkansas-Little Rock Trojans Friday afternoon in Sun Belt Conference play.

The Trojans (5-7) are looking to increase their conference record to 2-1, and for their fourth victory out of their last five matches.

UALR (10-8) is coming off a shutout loss to Wichita State Sunday afternoon, and is playing 53rd-ranked South Alabama this afternoon before traveling to Troy to face the Trojans on Friday afternoon.

Troy is 3-2 at home and this will be their last home match until they face Middle Tennessee on April 12. They return to action Friday March 28 at the 2008 Southern Miss Spring Classic.

Friday's match is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at the Lunsford Tennis Complex, and admission is free.
