Trojans Host UNCW in Home Rematch

TROY ? The Troy Trojans basketball team hosts UNC-Wilmington with revenge on their minds Monday night at Trojan Arena.

The Seahawks (3-8) defeated Troy 107-95 on November 17 in Wilmington. Troy was without starting point guard and Sun Belt assists leader Michael Vogler for that game.

Five Trojans scored in double-figures in the first meeting with Richard Delk pacing Troy with 19 points. Travis Lee hit five three-pointers to finish with 15 points.

UNCW is led by a trio of players who average more than 15 points a game. Chad Tomko leads the team with a 19.3 average.

Troy (4-7) is led offensively by Delk (12.8 ppg) and Brandon Hazzard (11.8 ppg). Three other Trojans average at least eight points. In the Trojans' last game against UAB, Hazzard tied a career-high with 27 points.

The game will be just the second-ever meeting between the Trojans and UNCW.
