LSU Tourney Continues on Saturday

BATON ROUGE, La. ? Fresh off a home win on Tuesday and a few days rest for Thanksgiving, the Troy Trojans will put their two-game winning streak on the line against Northwestern State in the second weekend of the LSU Thanksgiving Invitational at 4:30 pm on Saturday at the Maravich Assembly Center.
Troy (2-3) picked up a key home victory over Georgia State on Tuesday 68-63, with Travis Lee keying the offensive attack with 12 points on four-of-five shooting for downtown.
The Trojans have not faced Northwestern State since 2003, but do hold a 4-3 all-time advantage.
NSU faces Alcorn State on Friday before taking on the Trojans.
Following the showdown with NSU on Saturday afternoon, Troy will face tournament host LSU at 6 pm on Sunday evening. Both games will be available via Trojan Game Pass.
