Trojans Look to End Streak Against ULL

TROY, Ala. - The Troy University women's basketball team will look to end a pair of streaks when they play Louisiana-Lafayette on Sunday afternoon.
Troy (9-10, 2-6 SBC) is in the midst of a three-game losing streak, their longest of the season, and have lost all three meetings in their history to Lousiana-Lafayette (5-13, 1-6 SBC). The Ragin' Cajuns are in the midst of a four-game losing streak, falling to South Alabama Wednesday night.
Game time is set for 3 p.m. at Trojan Arena, and can be heard locally on WTBF-94.7 FM.

TROJAN STORYLINES
Troy will look to end a three-game losing streak and try for their first-ever victory against Louisiana-Lafayette today ... the last the Trojans lost three consecutive games, their were able to win back-to-back games (Fordham and North Texas) and register victories in three-of-their-next-four games (included is Florida Atlantic) ... the last the Trojans lost four consecutive games was last season when they dropped six consecutive games to close out the year ... the only common opponent in this losing streak and last season's is Arkansas-Little Rock ... today's game marks the first of three consecutive games against teams from the state of Louisiana for the Trojans; hosting Louisiana-Monroe on Thursday night and hitting the road to face New Orleans a week from Saturday ... today's game will mark the first time this season that the women have played after the men in a doubleheader.
