TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ? Florida State took a commanding 7-0 lead into halftime and never looked back, defeating the Troy Trojan soccer team by a final score of 8-0 in non-conference action.

Mami Yamaguchi recorded her second hat trick of the season for the Seminoles and pushed her team to the second half.

Karla Smith made two saves in goal for the Trojans.
