Forward/Defender Davis comes to Troy after a stellar career at Northwest Rankin High School. She also played club soccer for the Mississippi Fire. She was previously a member of the Mississippi ODP 89 Girls Team from 2003 - 2006.
Davis was named 2nd team All-State following her sophomore year, All-Rankin County following her junior year and was chosen to play in the 2007 Mississippi All-Star Soccer Game following her senior year.
Goodknight, a midfielder, completed her high school career at Lone Oak High School in Paducah, Kentucky where she was All-District three years, Honorable Mention All-Region for two years and was given the Captains Award following her senior season.
Waite, who played both in the midfield and back on defense, played her first two years at Sarasota High School before transferring to IMG Academy.
She was the youngest player to participate in the IMG College Showcase as a 15-year old and was a member of a squad that was the CDL league champion for the 2006-2007 season along with winning the Hillsborough Columbus Day Tournament in 2006.
These three signees mean the Trojans will have 13 newcomers on the 2007 squad.
