Troy falls to Western Kentucky, 3-0

TROY, Ala. - The Troy Trojans soccer team fell to Western Kentucky by a score of 3-0 on Friday, September 29, 2006 in Sun Belt Conference action.

Five Trojans attempted shots with junior Brittany Stoltz narrowly missing as the Trojans fell to the Hill Toppers.

Freshman Katy Kolb once again started in goal allowing three goals while making six saves in 77 minutes. Junior Jennifer Currie played the final 13 minutes in goal.

For the Toppers, Kalyn O'Shea had two goals and Morgan Thomas had two assists. Alicia Dalby also had a goal while Meredith Goodson played the entire game in goal making one save.

The Trojans will be in action once again on Sunday as they take on Middle Tennessee in more Sun Belt Conference action.
