Martyna who is still running unattached, but hopefully we will get her ready for conference, did a really good job,” Director of Cross Country/ Track Bob Lambert said. Jenean and Jennifer, who also finished in the top 10, did a good job for us.
This meet also played a key part for the Trojans as they will be heading to the Sun Belt Championships that will be held in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Overall, it was a really good day,” Lambert said. We had perfect weather and a lot of support. It was great to see the crowd out here, the largest crowd that we ever had at a cross country meet. This helps us get ready for next week's meet in Arkansas,” Lambert added.
