Other schools competing in the meet are; host UALR, Arkansas Tech, Central Arkansas, Centenary, Christian Brothers, Delta State, Memphis, South Alabama and North Texas.
"We are excited about running on a course without hills," TROY Director of track and cross country Bob Lambert said. "I am interested to see how Belinda (Bargmann), Lindsey (Waldrop) and Brandon (Hughes) perform on this course."
The Lady Trojans will be led by senior Waldrop, who finished second at the Georgia State Invitational on Sept. 13, and was named Atlantic Sun's Runner of the Week for her performance.
On the men's side, sophomore Hughes will be a strong contender for the Trojans. Hughes finished 17th at the GSU Invitational.
"This is the course where the Sun Belt cross country championships are held, so it will be a preview of what to expect next year when we move to the Sun Belt," Lambert said.
Competition will begin with the men's 8K race at 9:40 a.m. and the women's 5K race at 11 a.m., at the Rebsmaen Golf Course.
