Coach Rhodes joins the Trojans staff for the 2025-26 season after a five-year career as a sprinter at Grand Valley State. He will assist primarily with the sprints.
During his career with the Lakers, Rhodes was a 15-time USTFCCCA All-American. He contributed to 10 GLIAC conference team titles, won five individual GLIAC championships, and was part of two NCAA Division II team national championship squads (2021 outdoor and 2022 indoor). He holds four school records: indoor 400m (47.42), outdoor 400m (45.99), 4x100m relay (39.56), and 4x400m relay (3:06.63), as well as the GLIAC conference record in the 200m (20.61).
He graduated from Grand Valley in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sports psychology at Troy.
