Played in 18 games as a true freshman, while helping Troy win their fourth Sun Belt Championship, the first of her career, and making the NCAA Tournament as a No. 15 seed ... Averaged 3.4 points, 0.7 rebounds and 0.1 assists while shooting 34 percent from three (16-of-47) ... 16 of her 19 made field goals (84 percent) were 3-pointers while 47 of her 58 field goal attempts came from long range (81 percent) ... Made a season-best four triples (4-of-7) in Troy's record-setting 131-point scoring output over LaGrange ... Scored a season-high 15 points vs LaGrange ... Reached double-figures twice (Dec. 7 and Jan. 15)
High School
Ellis put together an impressive high school career, winning a total of 80 games in her career. In each of her final two years of high school Ellis earned player of the year honors and 2nd team all-state honors. During her senior season she averaged 20.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. As a junior and put up some eye-popping numbers on her way to the Sweet 16. In 26 games, she averaged 21.7 points, 7.7 rebounds. 2.9 steals and just under a block per game. As a freshman, she averaged 13.3 points per game and was named a first team all-region player while also being invited to the Georgia All-Star game. In high school she also played volleyball, soccer and ran track.
