2011 All-Sun Belt First Team
2011 (Junior)
Named to the All-Sun Belt First Team as a utility player after batting .286 with three doubles, a home run, 13 RBIs, four stolen bases and a .412 on-base percentage and posting a 5-3 record with a 2.82 ERA and four saves on the mound ... Held opposing batters to a .208 batting average, which was the second best mark in the Sun Belt (at least 20 appearances) ... Struck out 44 batters and walked just 17 in 44.2 innings of worked ... Allowed just four extra-base hits (two doubles, one triple, one home run) ... Combined with Tyler Ray to shutout FIU 4-0 in series opener ... Came out of the bullpen to pitch 7.0 innings at South Alabama in the series finale, was the winning pitcher in the game which clinched the Sun Belt championship ... Pitched 5.1 scoreless innings out of the bullpen at ULM, struck out four and walked none ...
