Volleyball Announces 2026 Schedule & Season Ticket Sales

TROY, Ala. - Troy volleyball announced its 2026 schedule on Wednesday, featuring 25 matches, including 14 inside Trojan Arena. Additionally, Troy Athletics is introducing ticket sales for the first time in program history, beginning with the 2026 season. Â
"We're excited to officially begin sales for Volleyball season tickets," Director of Athletics Kyle George said. "The growing popularity of Volleyball across the nation is apparent and we have seen that firsthand in Trojan Arena. This is another way to help support the endeavors of our tremendous student-athletes that represent Troy University."Â
Head coach Josh Lauer's 10th season at Troy includes matchups with four teams that finished inside the top 100 of the RPI rankings last season, two of which qualified for the NCAA Tournament.Â
All seating inside Trojan Arena for Troy Volleyball matches will be general admission, and season tickets are on sale now for just $50 by visiting TroyTrojans.com/VBTickets or by calling 334-670-3681. "I'm very excited about our 2026 schedule," Lauer said. "First and foremost, we are playing 14 matches in Trojan Arena. We have one of the best venues for volleyball in the country, so being able to play a majority of our matches in Trojan Arena this fall is great not only for our players but for our fans as well.Â
"This season's schedule will also give us the opportunity to play three top-notch SEC opponents, including a match against perennial top-25 Florida. I am also excited to have our alumni back for our rivalry match weekend. Â
"All in all, it's going to be an exciting year for our team, and we can't wait to be back in front of the Trojan Arena faithful!"Â Â
Prior to the season, the Trojans will travel to Starkville for an exhibition match against Mississippi State on Aug. 22. Â
Troy opens the regular season at home with the Troy Invitational, hosting Mercer (Aug. 28), North Alabama (Aug. 29) and Alabama State (Aug. 30). Â
The Trojans hit the road in week two for a matchup at SEC opponent South Carolina on Sept. 6. Â
Week three features matches against strong opponents in Florida Atlantic (Sept. 12) and Florida (Sept. 13, with both matches taking place in Gainesville. Â
The non-conference schedule concludes with the Trojan Invitational, as Troy hosts Murray State (Sept. 17), The Citadel (Sept. 18) and Northwestern State (Sept. 19). Â
Sun Belt play begins at home against Louisiana on Sept. 25-26. The remainder of the home schedule includes ULM (Oct. 9-10), South Alabama (Oct. 22-23) and App State (Nov. 13-14). Â
Letterwinners Day is set for Oct. 23 against South Alabama, while Senior Day will take place during the regular-season finale against App State on Nov. 14. Â
The Trojans' road slate includes trips to Southern Miss (Oct. 2-3), new conference opponent Louisiana Tech (Oct. 16-17), defending Sun Belt champion Arkansas State (Oct. 30-31) and Coastal Carolina (Nov. 5-6). Â
The 2026 Sun Belt Tournament will once again be held in Foley, Ala., from Nov. 19-22. Â
