Softball Ends Homestand Against Florida A&M

TROY, Ala. – The Troy softball team concludes its four-game homestand on Tuesday, March 31, at 5 p.m. when it invites Florida A&M to the Troy Softball Complex for game one of a two-game series in 2026.
The Trojans (22-12, 4-5 SBC) dominated Southern Miss, 10-2, in game three of the series over the weekend to finish 1-2. In midweek matchups, the Trojans are 5-0 with wins over Kennesaw State, Samford, Alabama State (2x) and Georgia Tech. It's just the second midweek game at the Troy Softball Complex after run-ruling Alabama State 10-1 through five innings on Feb. 18.
Makaley Boswell sits one hit away from reaching triple figures with 99 total through her three-year career at Troy. She's hit 43 this season to sit lead the Trojans. The junior third baseman also leads the conference in stolen bases with 15 and ranks first for Troy in slugging percentage (.779), RBIs (33), doubles (12), triples (four), homers (six) and total bases (81).
