TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Troy completes two days of competition at the Crimson Tide Invitational in Tuscaloosa, where the Trojans finished with nine top 10 finishes.
Cadi Rowe finished third in the women's 5,000-meter with a personal best time of 16:47.58. Keith Warner ran a huge personal best of 14:33.82 on the men's side to secure seventh in the men's 5,000 meter.
Joy Edward snagged two top 10 finishes in both the women's hammer throws and discus with marks of 52.55m and 14.65m. Meanwhile, Abby Grosinske finished 10th in the hammer throw with a mark of 49.77, while Tayjo Oppong finished sixth in the men's discus with a mark of 50.56m.
The quartet of Tydreke Thomas, Evan Brown, Keylan Hicks and Michael Eady snagged third in the men's 4x100 with a season's best time of 40.28.
The Trojans are back in action next weekend at the Georgia Tech Invitational from Friday, April 18, to Saturday, April 19, in Atlanta.
