11/30/2025 11:00:00 AM | Basketball (M)
TROY, Ala. - Following a six-game, 5-500 mile road swing, Troy men's basketball returns to Trojan Arena on Monday night to take on West Georgia. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
The Trojans finished the road trip – which featured four games in California and two in Florida – 2-4. The highlight came on Nov. 18, when Troy took down preseason Mountain West favorite San Diego State in double overtime, 108-107. The win was Troy's highest-ranked KenPom win since the site began tracking college basketball in 1997.
Troy was most recently in action on Nov. 26 against Saint Francis in the consolation game of Coconut Hoops. Troy won, 74-64, behind 18 points and 11 rebounds from Thomas Dowd. Dowd's seventh rebound of the game was the 500th for the Dothan native's career. He is the sixth player in Troy's Division I era (1993-present) to accomplish the feat, and having played 74 career games is the second-fastest to the milestone behind Jordon Varnado (2015-19).
Troy and West Georgia have met 21 times previously, with Troy's 84-65 win in Carrollton last season being the first meeting since the 1991-92 season.

Notables
