Women’s Golf Heads to Lady Red Wolves Classic

TROY, Ala. – A busy fall continues for the Troy women's golf team as they head to Jonesboro, Ark., and the Sage Meadows Country Club for the annual Lady Red Wolves Classic.

The Trojans are a tournament removed from a victory at The Velvet Classic and are coming off a 12^th place finish last week at the Pirate Collegiate Classic.

Head coach Randy Keck will use a different lineup for the third straight week, as Mathilda Ringblom returns after missing last week's event and freshman Evelyn Tankersley will make her collegiate debut.

Ringblom is tied with Constanza Quiroga for the team lead with a 3.33 score vs. par on the year and the pair is responsible for two of Troy's three rounds under-par, with Victoria Stutts picking up the other. Katelynn Altese has played all nine rounds for the Trojans this year and is the lone player (with nine rounds) to have her card count towards the team score every round.
