Troy Athletics Welcoming Back SGA Presidents, Homecoming Queens and T-Roys for Homecoming Game

TROY, Ala. – As a thank you to individuals who have played integral parts in Homecoming at Troy throughout the years, Troy Athletics is honoring all past SGA presidents, Homecoming Queens and T-Roys at the 2024 Homecoming contest against Coastal Carolina on Nov. 2 at The Vet.
In addition to the Homecoming celebration, the game will mark the 40th anniversary of T-Roy's debut as Troy's beloved mascot.
All returning SGA presidents, Homecoming Queens and T-Roys can request up to four complimentary tickets to the game by visiting TroyTrojans.com/home24. In addition to attending Homecoming as Troy's guest, returning participants will be recognized during the game in a special ceremony on the field.
"The best part of Homecoming is seeing all of our university alumni come back to the place they once called their home away from home, and what a great tradition it is to invite past student leaders to be recognized for their contributions to this university," Troy SGA President Betsy Bennett said. "Troy University would not be what it is today without the hard work of our past SGA presidents, the spirit of our former T-Roys, and the dedication of our previous Homecoming Queens. Troy University cultivates great leaders who continuously serve our university during their years here."
Kickoff between the Trojans and Chanticleers in a rematch of the 2022 Sun Belt Championship Game is set for 3 p.m. Troy's annual Homecoming Parade kicks off the gameday festivities at 10 a.m. in Downtown Troy.
