HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Troy picked up a sweep of Alabama A&M, 7-0, Monday afternoon at the Alabama A&M Tennis Courts. The victory is Troy's second straight and 11^th in the Trojans' last 12 matches this spring.

Troy (11-2) swept all six singles matches, winning in straight sets on four courts, and took the doubles point with wins on courts one and three.

Freshman Mario Martinez Serrano and junior Carles Anton continued to be a dominant threat at the top of the lineup, picking up wins number 11 and nine, respectively, this spring on courts one and two. The duo is a combined 20-4 this spring in singles.

Another one of the three freshmen in head coach Rolando Vargas' lineup, Jules Fabre, picked up a 6-3, 6-4 win on court three to clinch the match for the Trojans. Vito Llinares bounced back to win 6-1, 6-3 on court six, Noah Martens rallied after losing the first set to win on court five and Yeray Andres Pastor, another Troy freshman, moved to 8-3 on the spring with his win on court four.

Martens and Francisco Erramuspe won 6-3 on court three in doubles, while Anton and Pastor won 6-4 on court one to clinch the doubles point.

Troy travels to Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., on Wednesday for a neutral site matchup with Mercer at noon.
